Nest & Sprout is happy to accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept washed or worn items for return or exchange. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary for return or exchange, such as underwear, swimwear and bras.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. If you feel there is a manufacturer defect with your product, contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Clearance items and sale items are FINAL SALES and not eligible for return.
Gift cards are not eligible for return
To complete your return, please forward your e-mail receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us which items you need to return. If you live in the Prince George area arrangements will be made to pick-up the return items. If you live outside of the Prince George area you will be sent shipping instructions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If items are received unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
It is extremely rare, but sometimes it may take 48 hours for your refund to be posted to your bank account or credit card. If we have notified you that a refund has been issued and it has not been received after 48 hours, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
If your item doesn't fit the way you would like we are happy to exchange it for a different size. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you live in Prince George, arrangements will be made to deliver and exchange items. If you live outside of the PG area then you will be provided shipping instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you for the value of your items. We are happy to exchange the gift items for a different size or style, equivalent to the purchase price of the item.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will gladly provide a store credit. or exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
